Now tracking FundedNext

FundedNext joins the comparison: a large CFD prop firm launched in 2022, with a $269.99 one-time Stellar 2-Step at 50K, a static 10% loss limit, and a payout promise it backs with money — pay within 24 hours or the trader gets $1,000 extra. Sourced from its official site and published rules.

FundedNext is the 25th firm on the comparison and one of the largest names we track. Launched on 18 March 2022 by NEXT Ventures, it now runs CFD challenges across four Stellar plans plus a separate futures product.

The flagship Stellar 2-Step is a $269.99 one-time charge at 50K, refunded with your first reward. Targets are 8% then 5%, with a 5% daily and 10% maximum loss limit — and the maximum is static, measured against your initial balance rather than trailing your equity up. Minimum 5 trading days per phase, no time limit.

The number that stands out is payout speed, because the firm puts money behind it: FundedNext promises disbursement within 24 hours of a request, and pays the trader $1,000 extra if it misses. It publishes a median of 4.74 hours. A commitment with a penalty attached is a different kind of claim from a marketing figure, and it is why this firm scores as it does on payout speed.

Read the profit split carefully, though. The headline everywhere is “up to 95%”, but the firm’s own general rules publish the actual ladder: 80% standard, up to 90% via Scale-Up, and 95% only as a paid optional add-on. We record 90% — the best you can reach without paying extra — the same way we exclude every other firm’s paid upgrade.

Three more things worth knowing before you buy. News trading is allowed, but only 40% of profit made on a news trade counts. EAs and VPS are a paid add-on, not part of the product. And while the site is operated from Hong Kong, the entity you actually contract with, FundedNext Ltd, is registered in the Comoros Islands — common in this industry, but it shapes what recourse you have, so it belongs on the page rather than in the footer. As always, verify the live terms on the firm’s own site.
